Congress vs BJP or is it Youth vs Old ?

The battle lines are clearly defined whether its assembly election in 2013 or foremost the general elections in 2014.As far as General elections are concerned for Congress it's Rahul Gandhi , aged 43, who is taking the lead role and for BJP they have appointed Narendra Modi , aged 63 , as their PM candidate. So the message is pretty loud and clear . It's Youth vs Old Guard.

Why Youth vs Old :

When we talk of congress first name which comes into our mind is Rahul Gandhi.Once we start going down the line we find leaders like Deepender Hooda , Scindia , Sachin Pilot all aged in late 30's or early 40's. Now , when we start talking of BJP first name is Modi , then Rajnath singh , Sushma Swaraj . the only young face which can talk of is Varun Gandhi.

Case of BJP :

To be specific and clear there is no young face in BJP to represent youth of our country. The only person present is Varun Gandhi who by no means can match the Charisma of Deepender Hooda , Scindia or Sachin Pilot. Then BJP start accusing congress of playing Dynasty politics. So what if son's of old politicians can be efficient leaders. 

Case of Congress :

To start with is a person who himself is youth icon , Rahul Gandhi , Deepender Hooda , Sachin Pilot , Jyotiraditya Scindia , Randeep Surjewala , Naveen Jindal , Ajay Maken , Ashok Tanwar. The list is endless. Future of congress holds clearly in the hands of these youths. Not only this these young leaders have developed a charisma of sorts around themselves. Just due to their energetic hardwork they have  become not only crowd pullers but also have attracted voters. Take case of Deepender Hooda , he won his last election by a margin of almost 4 lac votes while BJP president Rajnath Singh couldn't even take a lead of 1 lac votes.

Which is better : Youth or Old??

Well youth is full of energy but at the same time Old leader has experience with him of handling difficult situations. So alone neither a youth nor an old leader can achieve glory. BJP is way short of young leaders whereas Congress has a brigade of youth leaders. Not only this Congress has old and Experienced campaigners with them Like Sh. ManMohan Singh , Sonia Gandhi , AK Antony , Kamal Nath , Digvijay Singh etc. So to summarize Congress is at advantage because "Energy of youth and experience of old combined together can achieve glory at very ease and is the only Mantra towards success"
